🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • ✅ Wrong Size Received
  • ✅ Wrong Product/Model Received
  • ✅ Manufacturing Defect (Applicable only to 7A, 10A, and First Copy shoes)

Exchange Requirements

To request an exchange, you must:

  • Record an unboxing video in one continuous shot (without cuts or edits).
  • Ensure the video clearly shows the parcel being opened and the product from all angles (360° view).
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and your order details.

Exchange Will Not Be Approved For

  • Minor stitching or thread variations
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or photography
  • Lace, logo, or print alignment differences
  • Comparisons with original branded products or promotional images/videos
  • Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse

Note: Brand boxes are included whenever available but may vary slightly from promotional images. If you have any specific requirements regarding packaging, please contact us before placing your order.

🚫 No Exchange on Budget Quality Products

The following product categories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable:

  • 6A Quality Shoes
  • Second Copy Shoes
  • Indian-Made Shoes

These products are budget-friendly and may have slight variations in material, finishing, or sizing. If premium quality is your priority, we recommend choosing our 7A or First Copy collection.

❌ Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Please review the product description, size chart, and quality grade carefully before placing your order.

All purchases are considered final unless they qualify under our exchange policy.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Shoe Boxes
  • Packaging Materials
  • Extra Accessories
  • Complimentary Items

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled after confirmation will result in the ₹200 advance payment being non-refundable.
  • For prepaid orders, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total order value before any eligible refund of the remaining payment.
